Problem

Engagement metrics are only useful if they drive decisions. The challenge is translating platform data into narratives that help stakeholders understand what’s working — and why it matters — especially in policy-adjacent topics.

  • Analyzed Fall 2025 engagement data for Branding/Marketing/Comms KPI reporting using Pardot, Sprout Social, and DevResults.

  • Crafted data-backed narratives on digital ID, consumer protection, and digital public infrastructure (DPI) for advocacy and reporting, including the 2025 Impact Report.
